Unfortunately, I encountered some wear and tear that detracted from the overall experience. The carpets showed signs of staining that were pretty off-putting, and one of the curtains was broken, letting in too much early morning light. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pull-out couch left much to be desired. crumbs scattered on the mattress spoke volumes about the housekeeping. On top of that, the indoor pool was disappointingly small and, at least during my stay, closed for maintenance. It felt a bit neglected, unlike the more inviting amenities I hoped for.
